Unless the rep I spoke to was incorrect, they are offering an exchange only, plus the $25 accessory voucher.

Goyim I went to the AT&T store today. Guy told me you can exchange for a temporary phone until the fixed Notes come out, or you can just hang onto it.

Anybody have a good email to Samsung cell customer service? If Verizon won't give a loaner or accept trade-ins after the 30th then that is a problem
