New Covered Patio Setup

Knocking out an expansion of our covered patio and wanting to get the wiring and setup right as we go into the final planning. It’s not a massive space - 10 X 26 ft.
Things I have planned:
- Two ceiling fans
- Few recessed lights
- Ring wired security
- Wiring for audio system (need to decide speakers setup)
- Outlets for TV and lights to be hung
- Sun shade
- Considering hanging an infrared heater to extend months of use
What am I forgetting / recommendations on the above?

I would figure out how to get a single HVLS fan instead of the two ceiling fans.

Thanks. I was already planning to discuss the need for two ceiling fans. I’d rather just one that does what it needs to do.
Screening it in likely a pain in the arse with the HOA. I also have a grill island setup that is in the covered area.
