ive noticed that too.

i'm like WTF where did it go and start scrolling down.

Mind boggling. Why wouldn't the exact shows you know I watch/love be the first option?

probably wish you had netflix instead of that $10 a month.....

Netflix has tons of original content.... and it is almost always really really good.

For me, its the one thing I use the most. Hulu 2nd, then prime.

At any moment that I feel that way, I can be a proud new owner of a netflix subscription with just a few clicks.

I just haven't used it much lately. MLB.TV takes me into football season. I usually binge a few shows between Feb-March when sports are dead to me. The $10/month goes unnoticed either way. I'll just see how long it takes to feel the need to have it again.

The way we binge now I can understand people feeling "there's nothing to watch.", I've caught up on enough older shows that it is getting harder to find new stuff to watch. One day it might end up like HBO where you only need to subscribe for 1-2 months a year to catch up on what you missed. When Game of Thrones ends HBO may not even get that from me.

the BIGGEST problem with the rise of netflix online and dying of blockbuster is the 'middle library' of movies

redbox will always have the latest releases
netflix will have the online delivery

but you cant get a copy of 'they live' from redbox or find it on netflix.

that's the problem. we've lost access to 95% of the oldies-but-goodies now that we cant go to blockbuster and get a 99 cent rental of a movie you loved 30 years ago but plays 'hide and seek' on netflix (sometimes its there sometimes its not)

i'm pretty sure you can find it somewhere streaming for rent. roku and apple tv both let you do a universal search, no?

not for 99 cents. those bastards have flipped the market for 'middle of the store' movies upside down and more likely you'll pay $6+ to rent it.

Newer things on Amazon. I have both, netfkix is like $7 month but for 5 devices/logins.

Can't imagine not having both. Plus On Demand service thru Cox.

About to cut my cable down to basic
