Need a resource to print text on a PVC card

I have a PVC mag stripe card that I'd like to print my name and phone number on it. It is a credit card sized piece of plastic. I need to print it on this specific piece of plastic because the magstripe is already encoded. Does anyone know of a print shop or similar resource that would have a machine to do this?

Look around for companies that digitally print business cards in small batches in your area and check with them to see if they can help you out.

How about using the clear printable sticker type overlays? Print out what you want and they adhere to your card. They use those at the office on our proximity cards.
