Need a new laptop

For basic small business and personal web surfing. Windows, Excel, PowerPoint & Email. Not a gamer.
What is my best bet for the $$? Would like to keep it under $500 if I can get a decent one for that.

I’m selling a Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
i7 core processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB HD, 12.3 screen, docking station and keyboard for what you’re looking to spend.
Nothing wrong with it whatsoever, simply switched to MacBook Pro.
Just to use as your baseline.
