Can anyone point me in the direction of getting a free or cheap download of the complete program? Google gives me verification key or codes for purchase but that can’t be all I need right?

if you use a vpn and look on certain websites you can get the Office/Visio/Project bundle download...you'll need a download client for it...

Check Kinguin.net. you should be able to find a license there reasonably priced.

warez-bb.org used to be the best place to find what you are looking for...but the site has been down for over a year.
Some other options are TehParadox and Warezbook....but some of their links have malware...so be wary of that. Be sure to sandbox it first and install on a virtual machine or a shite computer that is disconnected from the internet for testing. Downloading illegal shite comes with a risk so be smart about it.
