McAfee Drive Encryption - Fatal Error 0xEE20002 (will Venmo $$) for help

I went to boot up my Dell laptop and that message came on. I need a way to bypass it to get into my desktop to access a large PDF for a bid proposal. Can anyone help me. Email RandomLSUHero@gmail.com
