Lost ford truck key. Need help

Ok. So I lost a whole set of keys. Car and truck. Car is 2005 Camry. It was my only fob for that. Dealer wanted 180$ for a new fob and to program. Ordered 2 from eBay for 22$ and programmed myself with a YouTube video in about 5 minutes. Now the f150 key has a transponder built in. All the videos say that programming yourself requires 2 working keys. I only have the 1 original spare. I can get a spare online for $30. Anyone know a hack before I go pay 100$ to program it?

Pop-a-lock was able to program my Toyota. I didn't have any keys, just a key fob to unlock the doors. You may call them to find out how much it would cost.
Also, Walmart and Home Depot are able to copy some transponder keys.

i realize this is after the fact but the first thing i do when anyone in my house gets a new car is REQUIRE a second key that i store on a ring in secure place.
at the very least, having a second key would allow you to at least drive the vehicle to a locksmith who can probably hook you up for less than the dealer.

What year F150?
It's possible with a CanBus adapter and ForScan software (free). Not really something you want to dig into if you aren't computer savvy though.
