Looking for some sort of Video Intercom

When I search, of course all I see are ring type doorbells. But what I'm looking for is like 2 7-10" monitors with a speaker/webcam type setup so I can set it up in the poolhouse/playroom and be able to call the kids to come eat, etc.

So basically more like the old fashioned intercom systems homes had but I'm thinking there should be something expandable like that with video in today's tech stuff.

Any help is appreciated. I haven't joined the ring doorbell generation yet so maybe I'm just off in thinking it wouldn't work.
