Looking for a REAL black light

I've done bought two and they were just bulbs with a black glass. They are not the ones where the whites glow like back in the 70's.
What do I need to look for on the package to make sure it is a "blacklight"?

i bought a 1-outlet 4ft flourescent tube and attached a plug to it and have a black flourescent light i've used for probably 15 years now.
