Ben,
I have been sent about 20 emails with probably 200 attachments. I need to download these on a thumb drive by month to send to them to people or something.
Is there anyway to download all the attachments to an email at once, like bold it or something or do I have to do each one individually

Do you have a share file converter?
Forward them to yourself then hit the share file button in your ribbon

If you have access to the account via Outlook.com, click on the paperclip icon on the left ribbon. It just showed me every attachment I've gotten in months, with the ability to select and mass download.

If this don't work let us know. You can do it in powershell, especially if they have a common subject or sender. Can set it up as a scheduled task and do it automatically.
