I’m switched to Verizon and it’s been worse for me. I’m looking to switch back to ATT where I never had problems until I moved to Southdowns where service sucks. Well apparently it sucks here for Verizon also but now I also have absolutely no servíce at the hunting camp which is a major problem and I have had trouble a few other places around town also.

My personal cell is ATT and my work cell is Verizon. I don’t think one is better than the other, and I use both side by side daily. In fact the Verizon phone in rural areas will say it has 4 bars of 3g and not even load a webpage, while ATT can have 1 bar and still work fine.

Unfortunately, the focus with the cellular providers, the smart phone makers and their customers has shifted from being able to make and receive phone calls to updating one's social media status.

Is it worthwhile to switch providers to Verizon?
I switched a couple of years ago and have been very happy with VZW. I will say, I'm about to switch to Xfinity Mobile as they have better deals overall, but they also use Verizon's network. Win-win.
I had a buddy of mine call me while I was on the way in this morning and his AT&T phone literally dropped the call six times. He finally gave up calling back.

Never been with att but signal strength and reliability on Tmobile has deteriorated over the past year and a half or so.

I am on hold with their dedicated fiber business department now. Horrible technical service. It is not just cell.
Has anyone used NTS for fiber?
I have had a collar account with them since 1984---they changed the number on me twice but it is the same account. I HATE to have to talk to their customer service.
The fiber at my business is even worse for support. All Indian and I can talk to them and my IT guy can't talk to them.

It is horrible here in Houston. Doesn't matter the time of day.
