The iPhone X has a 2nd battery that gives it 2 hours of extra run time compared to the iPhone 7.

This lady did an excellent job with an efficient yet very informative review. 2 extra hours of battery life enabled by a 2nd battery doesn't seem worth the design compromises. This phone looks like a support/repair nightmare. Just something as simple as swapping out one of the batteries looks like a headache with the way they are connected. And as she clearly stated, shatter the back glass and you are fricked.

Display will be a lot less of a headache to replace now if you can afford the 400 price until third parties start getting their cheaper screens.
No need to have to transfer the camera or now nonexistent home button over with the new display will dramatically reduce turn around.
Batteries still won't take that long.
Charging ports will be a major pain in the arse, with that long ribbon going up to the logic board, seems you will have to remove the battery, and board now including all of the regular charge port components.
Seems the back glass is still going to be a major road block.
