iPhone help- no audio device found

Sucks.
I have an iPhone 7 (I’m poor)
The microphone doesn’t work to make calls. It will make calls
On Bluetooth but not the handset. I tested the voice recording and it says “No audio device found”.
Here’s the odd part:
If I reset network settings it will make calls and record voice memo’s for about 5 minutes before it goes back to being shitty again. I’ve reset it already. Any ideas before this is a paperweight?

Does this mean you removed all installed apps and took it back to factory settings? I'd do that.
