iPhone 11 automatically reboots about every 3-5 minutes

pretty much tried everything (hard reset, reset to factory settings, latest ios,etc ) and nothing works.
any suggestions?

What's the health of the battery (look under battery in settings)? Might need a replacement.

Under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data, do you see any signs of crashes or panics?
