iPad Sync Question

I have 5 iPads that use a particular app for our business. I would like to utilize iBooks or something similar to push .pdfs through the cloud to them.

Have you thought of using a service like google drive or box? Our company has a massive amount of documentation that we share and can edit and upload through box. There are a couple others out there, but I'm only really familiar with those two.

Can’t use iCloud as our IT blocks it.
