Had some problems with my iPad Pro this morning. It was acting sluggish. Very slow. Did a hard reset on it (which I have done many times). Now it will not charge (seems to not recognize the power/data port). Connected it to my PC and opened up iTunes to do a DFU reset. It is in DFU mode but iTunes does not recognize that my iPad Pro is attached.

Recommendations?

Thanks. Tried multiple Apple cords and one after market. No good.

My wife had same issue with her iPad Pro and she called Apple support, they sent a box, we shipped it back. Can't remember if they swapped battery or mobo, but we got it back within a week or so and it was working like new.

Schedule a time at your local Apple store. They will replace the charging port and send you on your way. If you have apple care its free if not it will cost you about 60 bucks.
