Discovered today that `one of those neighbors' has installed a wired camera on their fence viewing half my backyard and porch. Is there a way to interfere the signal?
Update: the camera is wireless and Wyze brand

Cut the cable.

Did they do it on purpose, or is it just incidental while recording their own property? You could be friendly and ask if their camera has a privacy mask, and if so could they mask your property.

Just walk over and turn the camera. Is this not a normal fence?

That's not cool unless we're dealing with a corner lot situation. Can you post a MS paint diagram?

Their fence is set back 24 inches from property line. The camera I'm assuming is to watch the 24 inch set back down the fence line. The issue is the camera field of angle takes in a good portion of our side and back yard as well as back porch.

Tell them you often have sex in your backyard, and you’re going to charge him $10 per romp he catches, and flash a wad of $100s. Tell him, “I’d go grab a couple of these with the long weekend coming up…” and give him a good wink.

Have a rational conversation with them?

Ya, Id probably go talk to them first. If they dont turn it, just turn it everytime you cut the grass or something. Theyll get the hint.

Have had conversations before but not about the camera it's new. It's a situation where the conversations go no where. Kind of people who behave like 'I am the victim` on everything. Boundary tight people as in don't let a lawnmower tire cross the property line, etc.
