In ceiling speakers sound bleed

What should I be using to prevent sound bleed to upstairs bedrooms when installing in ceiling speakers downstairs?

You could add a back box or enclosure for them. That would also help with bass response

If house is gutted, you could use MDF and go inbetween rafters to create your own enclosures. I’ve done this and also filled my boxes with insulation or poly fill
There are also prefabbed enclosures as well as speaker specific enclosures available for some speakers. I’ve seen dynabox’s , but they seem expensive for what they are IMO. Those are flexible and would work if you didn’t have access above
