If I restore a Mac Mini to "Factory Settings" will it have GarageBand and other app on it?

My Question is:
If I restore my older Mac Mini to factory settings will GarageBand and all other factory apps still be on the machine once I reset everything?
Backstory: I have a 2014 Mac Mini that just is slow, takes a long time to boot up, load application etc. It was not always like this. In fact , when it was new it ran pretty fast and I hope a reset would fix whatever is wrong.
I have no real use for it now EXCEPT it came with GarageBand on it from the factory. It may be very useful to me now as a "music device" as I have started recording my guitar licks, making loops, drum beats etc. I really need it just to record but Garage band obviously can do so much more than just record it would be great if I could learn to use it.

It will be missing GarageBand, but you will be able to just re-download it from the App Store
eta: factory apps should be on it, except the iLife/iWork apps like GarageBand
