The only way we have been able to navigate is me watching while he casts and telling him what to click.

After a few runs like above, he can get where he needs now, but my big concern is now letting him loose on this thing and him wandering into places he shouldn’t. Rec Room is also not really that fun for a 6 year old beyond the gimmicky “look I’m pouring coffee on the floor” type stuff.Part of me hopes he forgets about it and we can put it up until he is older, but I also don’t want to completely dismiss it because I’m annoyed with my in-laws.

So I guess to sum it up: is there a kid-friendly app/game that I can let him loose on and not have to worry about people doing whatever things they do to kids on the internet?

My nephews got one. I thought it was pretty amazing. Beat saber was cool. Wife said she was gonna buy one for me because she hadn’t seen me move like that in years. Ha

I like the idea of the Quest more than the Quest itself. It just sits in my closet gathering dust as I play my PS5
