How to wifi Hotspot in tool trailer

I have office space in our tool trailer on a job site and I'm using a wifi Hotspot for internet. The problem is the signal is terrible through the walls in the trailer. What's the best way to get a better signal inside?

would a cell booster with an antenna mounted on outside, and routed into trailer, be an option?

Yeah something like that should work. Just make sure it works with your cell service.

what type of hotspot hardware is it? Does it have a USB plug? You can plug it into an ethernet switch that has USB and then plug the LAN port from the switch into a router.

If you are using your cellphone, then just get a range extender and connect it to your phone's wifi signal. It will take the signal and boost it and your computer can connect to the ranger extender instead of your phone.
Example:
Turn on phone hotspot. SSID name "GrizzlyAlloy Phone."
Plug in range extender and on setup, connect to "GrizzlyAlloy Phone" and name the extender's SSID..."GrizzlyAlloy Phone_EXT". Connect your work devices to the range extender SSID and not the phone.

Damn...I just realized you are wanting a better cell signal to the phone and not boost the wifi signal from your phone.
