How much speed do I really need?

Time Warner(now Spectrum) upped my 200 down/20 up plan about $40 by discontinuing a discount. I am thinking of dropping back to 100/10 plan which would allow me to get rid of the $40 and their modem fee(yes I bought one but couldn't get full 200 out of it so I rented one from them). I have DirectTV, Hulu, Netflix, Kodi, Google Music and a kid who is constantly on youtube or PS4 online gaming. At least one of those is always going and usually 1-2 more at times. Would 100/10 handle that? I have never had any issues with 200/20, but am moving to Google Fiber whenever they get their stuff together. I want to save the $40 or so more out of the principal of it.

We have no problems with 50 and our demand is a little higher.

Thanks you both. This may seem like an odd question, but I use Kodi and IPVanish. My down speed is nowhere near 200 which I understand. It is mostly in the 20-40 range down. If I dropped to 100 would that then 1/2 that speed or should I expect it to remain in the current range?

It would remain as it currently is.
