Home Audio Help

Bought this house in August. There are four speakers built in to living room ceiling, two in kitchen and two outside. Looking to get this set up. What are my options to get audio throughout the house? Do I just need an AVR receiver? If so, what specs do you suggest to cover my setup?
I'd like to be able to play TV audio in living room and music or something else outside or in kitchen.
Obviously I know nothing about this. Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

You would need a AVR with three zones that has the ability to program different inputs for each zone. Look at Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, etc...Anthem if you want high end. These will be surround sound receivers, where you'll pull off two pairs of outputs for the kitchen & outdoor speakers (Zone 2/3).

All of the wires are ran to the same location ?

You just need an AVR. Those smaller speakers should be easy to drive, but for a decent 3 zone receiver with bluetooth you're probably in the $700-$1k range.
