without having to buy it. Sorry, I'm new to torrents.

Does anyone have a zip file copy or anything?

TIA

Just use OpenOffice - it actually is free, so you'll be legal. AND it's compatible with MS Office

WPS is better than OpenOffice and the other free ones.

You're welcome. Not free, but legit. I bought office 16 for my air this week for 35 bucks.

I tried to buy office at best buy when I bought my laptop, but the guy told me I was crazy and that I should just buy a code off Reddit. I wish I could find him and thank him for it.

They have different vendors, and I think you can get older versions for cheaper. It was easy. I private messaged a guy, he sent me a reply with a paypal address. Also told me not to put a comment in the payment (I guess that does make it more risky). I sent the payment, sent another pm with payment number and email, and he replied with the code within an hour or so. Works for me. I put my code into Microsoft and downloaded the suite.

There's reviews for each seller on the subreddit.

Why not use iWork? You can convert your files to .doc, .xls, .ppt afterwards.

Apple's own work app suite. I'm pretty sure it's free. It's not as full featured as Microsoft office, but I've been using it for years with no problem.
