HELP! Computer storage / memory problem

Computer been running slow AF lately, apps constantly crashing, not responding, etc
I suspect this (see pic) has something to do with it. Any advice for someone with limited computer skillz?? Tia

Probably need more RAM. Could also try deleting some of those unnecessary services.

Thanks. How would on go about acquiring more ram? Which of those processes are unnecessary?

You likely have an old mechanical hard drive in there which is causing your disk usage to jump up to 100%.
SSD will fix that problem real quick

Computer is almost 4 years old.
I don’t know how large the drive is. I don’t know what a ssd or hdd is. I can follow instructions if someone can link me to something or reply here

Hit ctrl, shift and esc at the same time
Go to the performance tab
Click on Disk 0 and screenshot that and post it
