i'd love to get some help regarding this apparent glitch I've been encountering as of the past couple of weeks. when I use the search bar (which is google, and has always been google), it does a stutter, and searches using MS Bing

no idea why/how/what caused this. but it's driving me nuts

It sounds like you might have some adware, or at least a shady browser extension stalled. I'd run a scan with something like malwarebytes. You should also checkout this thread on reddit with people discussing this issue you're having.

When I did computer repair I heard this so many times. The best was when the computer was completely unbootable, and once I fixed the boot issue and logged into the user account, the previous browser session full of porn popped up.
