Does anyone know if geek squad does this type of job? A couple of my keys popped off my laptop keyboard and I can't get them back on. I tried calling them (BR mall store) and of course no one answers so i get transferred to some random lady worker and her response was "you have to replace the whole keyboard". I know that's not true.
Also tried chatting with a geek squad agent online and he kept asking me for my phone number to "pull out the information" for a simple fricken question.

just replace the keyboard. unless its a high end mechanical keyboard with keys made to be replaceable - fixing individual keys is a huge waste of time. nobody is going to offer that service to you because
a) there is no money in it
and
b) it cant be done in a suitable fashion so they can stand behind their work

No, geek squad will only send it off to Louisville service center (geek squad city) where they will call with a quote to replace the entire keyboard. It’ll cost you.
(I worked there in college)
Procedure is often different for certain brands or even models of brands. It varies with BBY’s agreements with manufacturers etc. for how warranty fulfillment is done.
(I worked for GS remote after college

Do you know any good websites that sell them at a reasonable price?
ETA: I found a couple already. Thanks all for the input and advice.

You can get a basic keyboard for $25 or so at Walmart. Might be able to find a video on youtube about how to replace keys too.

i have a logitech keyboard and mouse and the laptop is hooked up to 2 monitors.i work from home and i use this laptop in my office and sometimes i take it with me on the road.
its a samsung laptop. i just did some research and to replace the keyboard i have to take the entire laptop apart. not even going to worry about it anymore. may try and just fix the individual keys now.

well now you know why nobody would give you a blanket answer at best buy

some laptops that would take 10 minutes, tops. the thinner and lighter they are, the harder they are to fix or replace anything on them.
