eBay listing error.

I am wondering if anyone can offer up some advice on a possible fix to my problem.
When I go to list an item on eBay using the “sell one like this” tab I get a server error. This has been happening for several days. I contacted support, but they were zero help.
See photos for what I’m seeing.

There should be another way to list without picking that option. That's what I always use.

There is another way, but the template is blank. In other words if I’m selling a joe burrow rookie card. I can pick that card that’s previously sold and all the specs are auto loaded.

Uninstall and reinstall app or try desktop version.
