Dual monitors help!
Howdy all,

I use an All in One as my main computer. I only use it for work and no games. Work consist of spreadsheets and many calculators. I never used a dual monitor setup until this past week, and now I am buying one.

I bought a Dell SE2717H from Office Depot earlier today and hooked it up to my AIO. Its great, but I was wondering if there are better monitors for this purpose.

I will be getting a new processor and two monitors. I do not play computer games so that does not factor into anything. Mainly, a good screen and small bezel.

This Dell will be going to my office in another city, so, what two monitors do yall reccomend, around the $200 price point?

Amazon - Dell
This one has good reviews and thin bezel. Not good for gaming, but doesnt matter.

Each or total?

Depending on what kind of PC you're getting, I always enjoyed higher resolution displays for excel and multitask work

Each.

I haven't even began to look at PCs yet. I have a higher end AIO, but I figured most decent PCs would be fine.

Gotcha. I would definitely look around for higher resolution monitors then since it would suit you perfectly. Something like 2560x1440 or 4K. Just need to make sure your new PC can support those resolutions.

I have two nice monitors 1440p I would sell you and they're in your budget, but I don't know if a new PC in your budget can support both (most $500+ PCs should have a dedicated GPU that could support them, but I've never bought a non-custom built PC)

These start at $300 and go up quickly. More than what I want to come out of pocket for.

Have to be purchased new so I can get partial reimbursement from my company. Thanks though.

Far as computer, I am looking at higher end Dells with 16gb memory, I7, and 1 or 2 Tb HD. Found one with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 graphics card.

More than what I need, but the partial reimbursement will cover most of it and the monitors.

27" for $229.

You can get 24" for under $200 (you just missed a sale for $130), but 27" is the sweet spot.

An ultrawide may be good for you too?
