ATT Fiber is easily the best internet provider in the area, in my opinion. If you can get it, go for it.

Can you not get Cox gigablast? Best internet I have ever had, they ran a 2 year special when they brought it to our neighborhood last year for $79/month that combined with a mesh network is pretty much awesome. My second option would be T mobile 5G home internet, it is pretty much 400mbs all the time at our house, but it is that 10% of the time where it for some reason drops to LTE that makes me not want to try it. I will see what Cox does when it is time to reup.

How much per month does the Eatel fiber run you?

I pay about 180/month for eatel internet and cable in Ascension parish.

3 tv's, dvr included, normal channels (sports but not starz etc)

I've had it a year, it's been pretty consistent, even held up through Ida.

They have a website with pricing and everything if you get serious.

I'm building a house in Prairieville, so I don't have it yet. If I remember right is was something like $75/100, $85/300, $95/1000 mbps.

Im moving out of prairieville and into Baton Rouge. Ive had eatel for years and been very happy with it but they don't offer it where I'm headed. I wish I could keep eatel and would recommend it.
