Downgrade from Android 11 to 10

I downloaded Android 11 yesterday morning on my Pixel 3a and now my audiobooks and music keeps cutting on and off, especially when I have my aux plugged in and listening in the car. At first I thought it was the wire, so I got a new one. It still did it. And now I am reading it's one of the many bugs 11 has. I keep seeing things about downgrading by opting out of beta on Google, but it's not a beta I think.
So any way.. is there a way to convert back to Android 10 for dummies like me?

I think I found it online with a couple youtube videos but I'm not certain I want to try.

My battery life on my 3XL has been outstanding and everything is crisp and responsive.
The hell I'm updating to Android 11

Yay, another self-serving post from CAD that in no way helps the OP.

well tbh it was arguing against updating a working phone to a new os that could slow it down and lead to battery issues. seems like i have battery issues with every nexus and pixel i've owned so finally having a phone that can go all day & night has been lovely and i dont want to risk screwing that up.
also apple taught me that nothing obsoletes an ipad or iphone faster than upgrading the OS on it. apple excels at taking a perfectly fine device with no slowdowns or issues and bricking it with required OS updates.
not today, google. the 3XL will live to fight another day.
