Thinking no but wanted to check for a friend. Seriously.
They live in a condo and can only get DSL from AT&T 25 Mbps max. Sadly.
Also Fiber is all around them even in the apartments right near them. There so close you can touch the apartment building out your window almost.

It is a more complicated process to replace existing internet in an MDU.
Yes, at&t fiber will serve condos but not on a single customer basis. At&t will have to install everything to serve the whole building. this is something the HOA needs to address and get at&t or another provider to upgrade.

^^^This.
Is the infrastructure isn't in place to support it on the risers (Telco closet on each floor) it is an expensive proposition.

Our condo complex had regular AT/T internet and cable ( never had any problems) and when we went to renew the contract, they basically were saying they were looking to get out of the box cable and go streaming only
So we shopped it around and went with cspire fiber … they had to come out and lay all kinds of cable through the complex and it’s the same price we were paying with the much slower AT&T. Internet
Aside from the sports being on a few second delay.. I haven’t had any problems in the year since we switched
