Disney+ app is worthless for downloads

On my s9+. Downloads fail 9/10 times.
Can't download more than one at a time, because something will fail and cause an error in the successful downloads. I've had to clear my data on this several times and learned my lesson.
The very few times it does work it takes over an hour for one movie.
No issues with prime or Google downloads. Those movies download in their highest quality in secinds/minutes. I have gig internet and no issues at all with any other apps.
I'm at a loss. Anyone else having issues? How can Disney eff this up so bad?

Sometimes I’ve had issues when trying to download too much at once but most of the time if I limit it to 3 or 4 downloads at a time I don’t have issues. I use an iPhone XR and iPads.

I downloaded frozen 2 today. Nothing else. It was successful, but it took 2 and 1/2 hours to download.

I thought overall it was slow, but I was able to download 2-3 movies at a time on an iPad, kindle fire, and my phone this last week.

It's your phone. I have an S9 and no problems.
