It's destined to happen. They may overload some servers and until they get a month in it's all a guess on the glitches. But I love it so far, even with a glitch or so.

I have nfl sunday ticket so I dont really care but I just want ABC,NBC, and Fox to work to watch football. CBS is already off this thing, but whatever I can do without the misery the texans give me haha just let me watch the rest lol

I agree. Navigation is so much better on Fire TV. I'll be auditioning the Apple TV for use on the main TV, when it comes in.

it keeps giving the multiple streams error. I've restarted my apple tv 3x and it does it everytime. The clearly didn't work out all the kinks before rollout as their tech support is only over a website where the chat feature is also down haha

Are you using the old school guide? Mine seems better after 1 restart and using the "new style" main menu. The old school guide gives me the most issues

Yeah, I didn't get it at all today on the cell phone, and just a heads up, you can only download the app on an appletv 4. If you have an older appletv then you won't be able to download it.

So if I have a Sony xbr smart tv, how do I get this to work on it? My play store app for the tv doesn't have a direct tv now app like my phone does

Yea same. I can't get on with iPhone, Apple TV or Amazon Fire tv. It must be swamped.

Roach, doubt you can get it on the apps from your tv. Think you'll need a new Apple TV or Amazon Fire tv. Roku app coming later in 2017.

Getting this Error 40 about every minute now plus an occasional "This program is not available in your area".

I just got word after over an hour on the phone that onlly NBC is included and ABC,Fox are only in certain regions and in mine it will be NBC only. Holy frick the sales reps at the stores don't even rep it right, I guess no football games on ABC and Fox then.

They said smart TV apps will be coming in 2017

I gave up over 1.5 hours of it fricking up on me, I just cancelled it from my control panel on directvnow.com and it says I have access till march 2017, just cancel it, and if you like it in 3 months sign up again but tonight was an epic failure.

Cancelling already? Not saying it's right, but stuff like this is to be expected early on... especially Day 1.
