I'd believe that when I see it. Dtv now also told me that support for Roku was coming out in the 1st quarter of 2017. When that came and went I left them and went back to ps Vue.

DVR is really irrelevant now once you get the apps for various channels.
DirecTVNow will allow you to login to the apps on your streaming device and watch all content on demand, plus they've already got 72 hours rewind on most channels too.
