Cox has already stopped offering new email accounts to new customers. They are getting out of the email business. You might want to go ahead and prepare for what comes after your Cox email address as there is a very good chance in the near future they shutdown all existing Cox email accounts.

yeah it will suck for a bit, but you can set up rules to auto-forward cox email to gmail and even auto-reply to people to note your email has changed.

you gotta rip that bandaid off. i'm not advocating for gmail over any other emails (i do use gmail) but take your time and look for an email provider that will be in it for the long haul.

Fiber with YTTV off and on depending on the season. Currently off. When college football starts up, I’ll start it back up. Kill it at some point around the Super Bowl. Maybe kick it back on depending on how LSU baseball is doing. Pick it up during Olympic years. Etc.

I have ATT fiber 300. 100% recommend over Cox and Spectrum (ISPs I've had in the past.) Spectrum had good reliability, but was pretty expensive for a pretty basic package w/ no equipment. Cox was the worst.

I combo my Fiber internet with an OTA antenna. Catch all 4 of the big networks, so any nationally broadcasted Sports events are no problem. Everything OTA is in Full HD now. For more local sporting events, I subscribe to ESPN+, since almost any event can be watched on there now.

This method is very affordable and reliable.

Switched from Cox to AT&T Fiber 1gig up/down for $80/month with unlimited data about year and a half ago. Best move I've made switching from Cox.
