Cord Cutting: What is the best way to get local channels if you just have a Roku?

Looking to get all of the BR local channels with a Roku, does anyone recommend a particular roku channel that uses the WiFi as an antennae and gives you a solid local signal?
I have an HD antennae but the signal is day to day, hour to and hour and looking to use something better.
Thanks

Get the app Pluto TV (free)..It gives me local channels plus a lot of other channels. It does get a little wonkie at times, like when are watching a channel it suddenly changes to another feed coming over the channel you are watching. I will change to another channel and back to the channel I was watching and it's back to the correct feed. Sometimes I have to do this a few times. It does get a bit unnerving if it keeps happening. It seems to not be doing it as of late.

go to antennaweb and put in your location & it will tell you what to buy and if the one you have sucks.
i bought a HD homerun and you can use the hd homerun app in Roku to watch LIVE tv (2 tuners)
you can get fancy & add live TV to your plex installation (if you have one) and it adds dvr capabilities.

I get mine via IPTV, but would be nice to have another backup option. I don't know what he meant by "local"

Pluto is grabbing those channels from your antenna, they aren't streaming them.

This article explains why I have the local channels..

Now Pluto TV is testing out adding local channels from your antenna right into the Pluto TV interface. If you own a Roku TV and have connected an antenna to it you will be able to view your local channels right inside the Pluto TV interface.

If you are just looking for news and news repeats, some local channels have their own Roku channels. Just search, the Roku channel store for their names like WAFB, WBRZ, and WGMB/WVLA/BRProud.

I use an Apple TV so maybe that is why I don't see that option. Now I only use it as a backup and when I need to use Bluetooth headphones. Still have Tablo running for locals. Reattached the cord.
