1. What’s your source ?
2. That Sub won’t work with the Arc
3. You will likely have to go into TV settings and toggle Audio Return Channel on and off as needed.
4. Why ? Seems like a waste of money

For TV, Hulu Live TV.

I'm fine if none of my surround sound speakers and sub don't work with the Sonos Arc. I'm not interested in using both at the same time.

I'll look into this.

It's been purchased and has been purchased for a while.

Arc will be Front left, center, and front right channel. Sonos amp pushing two surround channels, can be programmed in settings on sonos app to to be a solid 5.1 system. Sub must sonos sub
Could have slight delay on surround speakers but most don’t notice, especially in a mid size to large room.

I would put the ARC in another room like my bedroom.
But if you must move forward with this BS your are going to have to hook either the ARC or the AVR up to the TV via the optical cable and the other device via the HDMI arc input. You will need to toggle between the two in the audio settings of the TV.
