Computer Black Screen

Playing a game that was likely required better graphics than my computer (circa 2013) has, and the screen goes dark and doesn’t come back up. Restart computer, usual boot up sounds, fan turns on, screen turns on black, then off, then back to on but dark screen. Tried unplugging and starting again, no bueno.

Any advice on what to try next?
