Chrome Browser -Pop ups

Go here in the chrome address bar:

chrome://settings/content/notifications

From there, you have some options:
1. Select the option "Don't allow sites to send notifications."

2. Scroll down to the section labeled "Allowed to send notifications" and click the arrow next to the site (if it's being enforced by an extension) or the three dots.
If 3 dots are available - click the dots and select block.
If there's a puzzle piece - click on the puzzle piece at the top right of the browser, on the same bar as your address bar. Click on "manage extensions" and find the extension in question and remove it.
