I see this a ton...Teachers/professionals use specific fonts for presentations and that doesn't convert to open office...

Any way to get MSWorks? I have my address data base linked to envelope/labels in MS Works, got new computer and can’t find MSWo4ks program cd

You will have to pirate that. MS Works hasn't been made since 2009

Assuming the school board uses O365, she should be able to go to Portal.office.com and log in with her work credentials to use the web version of office, and can even download the office apps from there.

Not necessarily, there is a hosted exchange only version, office app only version and both. Then you get into things like E1 and E3 which are enterprise version than can be installed on an RDS server.
