Cheap Patio audio solution

So just bought a house and move in hopefully in a month. Looking to do a cheap audio setup for the patio. Here's my current solution:
- TCL TV to Cheap rackmount receiver that'll go in my server rack in storage room via 100ft RCA cable
- Speaker out to these cheap outdoor speakers
- Then RCA out to my soundbar under the TV
Not looking to spend an arm and a leg at this, just want sound to the far side of the patio and to the soundbar. Bluetooth is necessary to play music from a phone. Also want to be able to play TV audio out of sound bar while music plays out of speakers
