Are you buying computers and adding games are buying it all setup?

Using an arcade1up as a base then buying a bunch of crap on Amazon to connect everything using a raspberry pi and downloading rom images.
There's a reddit sub that explains it very well.
You ain't get every control on one cabinet so you need to decide which games you want to play.

I suggest build your own arcade controls forum.
LINK
They can walk you through anyway you want to go with building. From scratch or off a base like cad. Plus have reviews of the best ways to go with different controls and sites to buy them.
I used them to help build my 4 player full size TMNT cab that I used an old Blitz cab and built my own control board. Mines big enough to have most setup styles on it, but it does come out better with multiple cabs. Obviously a lot of people don’t have room for that and I find the arcade1up size way too small.

Do you have a gun in your setup?

I have 3 cabinets and hoping for a pinball machine if they ever release it.
The 1up size doesn't bother me because you can still put a 20" Dell in there and that's plenty big when you're 1 foot away from the screen. Also for me I can pick them up and carry them back and forth down the stairs from the basement back up to the bar easily while I'm figuring out the best arrangement. Can't imagine trying that with a full size cab.

If you go pc, ultimarc.com has a good light gun setup.

Mine has a permanent location.
