Is there a device that can decode channels and convert to HDMI if my coaxial on my tv is fried. Other inputs still work and don’t want a new tv for one input.

Yes, you're looking for a TV tuner box. It takes an antenna input and outputs HDMI, component, or composite, etc. video outputs. They have a few options on Amazon.

Another option is getting an HDHomeRun, which takes an antenna input and connects to your network, so you can watch those over-the-air channels via an app on your TVs.

Coax from an antenna or from a satellite/cable box? Because a box should offer other outputs than coaxial, like HDMI, composite outputs, s-video, etc.

If it is from an antenna then you would need a tuner of some sort.

Are you sure it is fried? You may just need to let it find all channels available to it.
