I’m looking for a shop that I can schedule an appointment and pick it back up same day. Not looking to drop off for several days.

I’ve got a Surface Pro that gives me a warning and keeps me from going to any financial site to login. It gives me “ site not secure” on Merrill Lynch and chase login pages. My other computers connect to these same sites without issue. All computers are using the same WiFi network and only one has this issue. I’ve tried the steps recommend online to resolve the issue, but no luck with the basic stuff and I don’t understand the more complicated steps.

It appears to be all HTTPS sites. The Issue occurs on both Microsoft edge and Chrome browsers.

I would look up the steps to do a PC reset. It's in recovery I'm pretty sure and just a few short clicks. But. I think any place could really fix this.

I do NOT recommend the place on Jefferson by La Contea. They kept my computer for other a month making excuse after excuse whenever I called (b/c they never called me with any updates) only to finally tell me they couldn't get the parts and I was SOL. Horrible, horrible communications and customer service.

You have a bad certificate installed on your machine

Was the machine used for work at any point? Pretty common for employers to install their own certificate and if that expired it would show those symptoms. Also if it was a malicious certificate.

When you visit a https site, see what the error details are. “Domain name doesn’t match certificate name”, or “ out of date” would be common. Take a screenshot of the certificate details and I can hopefully walk you through the fix

I remote into work via Citrix (sp?). That’s the extent of it. I’ve left the house. Will get more details and posit.

Make sure you have ALL windows updates installed.

Look up how to turn off SSL and turn on TLS in your browser

You should not need to take it somewhere to do this.
