Blue screen of death

Computer started going to black screen then comes back to what I’m working on, then goes to the blue screen of death. Tried multiple fixes to no avail. Computer is roughly 5 to 6 years old. Is it worth bringing it in to pay for repairing or just buy new buy new computer?

Depends on processor, ram and hard drive you are working with. May be able to do a restore.

What error code does the BSOD give? That will point you in the right direction. Could just be a corrupted graphics driver.

Did this perhaps happen when you try to print to a network printer?

Yep major printer bug in last update if printer is Ricoh or Kyocera. We have been fighting it all week.
