Basically I want to view my iPad while in windows 10. I use my iPad to Bluetooth to my smoker thermometer, but it doesn't reach upstairs to my PC. Basically want to view the temps on the iPad from my computer.

Use a meeting app join from both and share screen of the iPad. Zoom, teams, both would work.

Can you mirror the iPad to a TV or another screen? There’s plenty of programs that screen record iPads on the computer, so that should allow you to view the iPad screen on the computer. But the iPad will have to be “always on”.

Buy a smoker temp controller so you don’t have to worry about it. It’ll connect to an app on your phone or computer, and you program the temp and a cooking program (ie 180F until 100F internal temp then 300F until 165F internal temp).

Not the most ideal solution for an offset

Do a google search for something like "ipad screen cast to pc" or "ipad screen mirroring to pc"

I have no clue how well these apps work, and I'd honestly be a little concerned about using free ones because they are the most likely to want to take and sell your data, but that is the kind of software you're looking for.

Honestly even if the software works this seems like a convoluted solution. I'd consider getting new thermometers that are wifi rather than bluetooth.
