Best Easy Video Editor App for Splicing Clips (IOS or desktop)

Good morning. Looking for a video editor app or program on my desktop that can take 4-6 min videos from my phone and splice them together into one. Don't need any fancy effects. Splicing clips from my kids sports games together instead of having a bunch of shorter ones.
I've tried the Splice app but can't figure out how to get the 3gb file off my phone onto my computer or youtube.

I use iMovie app thats preloaded on iphone for my youtube videos. Its really easy

iMovie is pretty easy.
My kid used the TikTok app to do this as well. You can download the video without publishing.
