Bad FOX network reception

Live in the CENLA area and have Directv. All of the live sports programming has quick but constant pauses for both video and audio. I don’t know if this is a Directv problem or a local affiliate problem. Is anyone else having these problems and what can I do about it?

Im watching a FOX Station on the Sunday Ticket Channels and have no problems. Sunday Ticket is free this weekend and a lot of subscribers got the whole season of Sunday Ticket for free.

I'm watching NFL Redzone and the feed is choppy as well.

Call and complain to DTV, try to get Sunday Ticket comped.
